Hello, I am CryptoTOD. I am creating a parody project to SushiSwap, and similar DeFi Yield Farming projects. Let me say this first. I want to stay anonymous.
Who am I? Well, I am nobody. I am just an average programmer. I have 15 years of experience in web programming. I have been looking at the Blockchain DeFi space growing day by day. Many projects like SushiSwap and other yield farming projects are coming online very frequently. Just to mock these projects, I am going to create one similar yield farming project by forking SushiSwap, where people can stake their LP tokens to earn rewards in the form of HOTDEW tokens. Yes, you guessed it right. There is NO VALUE provided by this project. But, I am creating this anyway — just for fun.
Unlike SushiSwap, I DO NOT get any share (devshare) of the Rewards that are generated. This can be verified at the HotdewMaster Smart Contract (once this is live). Hence, I cannot dump the tokens in the future. 🙂
If you have read up to here so far, I am a little surprised. Anyway, keep reading.
The idea of this project is to just put it online, and I myself become an investor like you. I do not intend to expand the project. I will only be adding more pools in the future. Honestly, I don’t expect this project to survive more than a few months. The price of the tokens will entirely depend on the community’s actions. Of course, there is always a chance that some whale may grab a huge amount of tokens and dump them later for a higher price. You have to understand this and be aware of this.
- There won’t be any ICO, IEO, IDO
- There won’t be any whitepaper
- There won’t be any road map
- There won’t be any marketing
- There won’t be any smart contact audit unless someone is willing to do the audit for free out of goodwill.
- In fact, there will not be any further development of the product once it goes live, except new pools will be added in the days or months to come.
Now, after reading the above, you are probably wondering why somebody would in their perfect mind ever buy my tokens for staking purposes. Well, I, too, don’t have an answer for this. In fact, I expect people to consider me as a scammer. This is just a fun project for me, and I am doing this because I love blockchain coding. However, since this is going to be my first blockchain project, I am going to -
- Airdrop 100 HOTDEW tokens for 100 people selected through lottery.
- Airdrop 10 USDT each for the same above 100 people (That’s 1000 USDT total).
Why I do the airdrop? The selected 100 people can use the Airdrops to get started with the staking (if they want to). I know this is not enough if you consider the ETH Gas fees required for the transactions. Once I list HOTDEW at Uniswap, you can always purchase them to increase your stake (if you want to).
20,000 HotDew Tokens will be pre-mined. 10,000 of them will be used for the Airdrop and the other 10,000 will be used for Uniswap listing.
💧Early Bonus
For the first 100,000 blocks (for about 2 weeks), 1000 HOTDEW tokens will be minted per block. This is 10 times the amount of regular HOTDEW rewards, which is 100 Tokens per block. This is to incentivize early farmers.
Ok. Your next question should be, what is the advantage for me as the creator of the project? I am not going to lie. Since I will becoming one of the first investors, I may benefit financially, if the token price increases.
Few more Points:
- As I mentioned already, this is just a parody project. There is NO VALUE provided by this project.
- I am going to become an investor rather than be the owner of the project. Once the staking goes live, like any other people, I will stake them on my own project. Anyone can track all my activity on Ethereum blockchain.
- Most importantly, I will gain experience in developing, deploying, and running a live blockchain project and also maintaining a good community (if there is any luck).
As the creator of the project, what controls I have on the smart contracts?
- The token along with all the necessary smart contracts will be created just before the project goes live. Only 20,000 tokens will be minted during the creating for the smart contract. These tokens are for airdrop and to provide Uniswap liquidity.
- Since I will remove the code that is responsible for minting my share (devshare) of the Rewards per block, I will never get any free rewards at all. This can be verified in thee HotdewMaster smart contract once it goes live.
- As the owner of the project, I will be having only the ability to add more pools and run the website.

- Initial Total or Circulating supply of HOTDEW will be 20,000 Tokens.
- Estimated cost per HOTDEW token will be around $0.10 (Ten Cents).

Ok. Now, let’s talk about my expenses on running the project.
- Domain Registration — $75 for 5 years (One-time payment). I have already registered the domain.
- Running a good web server — Around $50 per month initially, then, I may have to pay more to scale the resources if the traffic to the project increases.
Currently, the above are the only expenses that I will have to spend.
